Abstract |
Background. The article analyzes the economic independence of university students as an important condition for increasing their social sustainability.
Methods. The article was prepared based on the results of the monitoring of students of higher educational institutions of the city of Penza performed by the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction. Over 400 students from four higher educational institutions of Penza took part in the monitoring.
Results. The assessment of students' skills in real organizational, entrepreneurial and research activities was assessed; the formats of cooperation of students with the real business of the Penza region are determined, educational technologies for the activation of students' entrepreneurial initiatives are proposed.
Conclusions. The obtained data allows us to optimize the educational process, to raise the level of technology for the formation of economic independence of students and to prepare for real activity in the life of students.
